Privates: Subscription request should be sent only once

If user has already requested subscription to a private feed/group, "Request a subscription" button should be hidden. Instead, a message should be displayed: "XXX has been sent your subscription request".

Note that right now subscription link is clickable but nothing happens if subscription had been sent already. This is super-confusing, considering that outgoing requests are not displayed anywhere in the ui.
