Direct: Comment or like doesn't bump direct message

Pre-condition: user1 and user2 are mutuals and have old directs between them.

1. As user1 or user2 add comment or like to an old direct message.
2. Refresh directs page, homefeed.

Expected: Direct message updated with comment or like is brought up.
Actual: nothing happens, direct is still buried under posts both in directs and homefeed.
