Compile on windows?

Is there any chanced to compile this on windows?

I have it running on Linux but I prefer to work on windows, so is there any hope to compile it on windows?

On Windows my experience is that installing certain 3rd party libraries would be tricky. But if those could be handled, using CMake_Windows should compile the code.
