关于k210开发板3v3电压失调的问题 #4

在复刻k210的这个开发板的时候，测量3v3这路电压的时候发现输出的是4v，在有负载的情况下会拉低到3.8v，焊接了多块板子问题依旧，核心元件采购于立创商城，不太可能是元件问题，板子可以正常使用，但是在这个电压范围下会有一些奇怪的问题，比如led会有明暗变化。sd卡和屏幕的电压范围刚好能正常工作，所以我想来问问这个板子是设计的时候就是这样还是只有我是这样。然后为了排查问题，我跟换了fb电阻，输出电压依旧不变，所以目前不能确定是哪的问题。希望您百忙之中抽出时间也测量一下您制作的板子。

刚才割线测试的时候发现使芯片空载的情况下输出为正常的3.3v，在不加上屏幕 摄像头这样的外设的时候电压会升到4v，加上摄像头和屏幕之后电压才会正常，变为3.3v
