Update text for 'max issuable' and 'max redeemable'

Context

In order to develop a user experience where the user shouldn't have a need to manually select the vault, they need to know:

• The maximum they can bridge in total
• The maximum they can bridge in a single transaction

Requirement

Once the changes associated with #556 are implemented, then replace 'Max Issuable' and 'Max Redeemable' to two separate points:

Max Issuable (same for Max Redeemable)

• In a single transaction XXX* (max issuable by the vault with highest capacity / the one selected by default)
• In total YYY* (total issuable for the asset across all vaults)
