Update the disclaimer text on Spacewalk bridge

Context

As the issue fee and redeem fee are currently zero, the disclaimer text does not match with this. This ticket is to fix the disclaimer text and update with it with new suggestions

Requirements

• Replace issue fee and redeem fee with "Bridge Fee: Currently free, transitioning to 0.1% per transaction soon."
• "Security deposit: 0.5% of the transaction amount locked, returned after successful issue/redeem"
• "Total issuable amount (in USD): 20000 USD. Join our vault operator programm, more details [here]"(https://pendulum.gitbook.io/pendulum-docs/build/spacewalk-stellar-bridge/operating-a-vault)
