If you want to create a server on a specific node you have to use deployment. (although it currently doesn't work because there is no replacement for locations yet) |

Make it possible to create a new server directly on a specific node using its node id. Currently the only way to do this is by creating an allocation with the node ip and use this allocation to create the server on the node
