can't connect android studio 2.3
always give the error please connect with the same network.
I already connected with the same network

Hi @tank777 can you review the log traces or debug your plugin installation? I can't reproduce this bug manually in my Android Studio installation.

I also need some extra info:

What's the Android Studio version you are using now?
What's the plugin version you are using?
What was the last Android Studio version you got the plugin working properly?
Device being used and OS version.
Laptop or PC OS version and model.

I was having the same issue, and after I exit emulator I was able to connect again.
