[Feature Request] Add AE2WTLIB support

Add the ability to interface with the quantum bridge card from AE2WTLIB to the suit. This would mean that you could bind it to a quantum bridge and use a singularty for cross dimensional access to the system. A universal terminal upgrade for the helmet would also be nice. It would mean not having to have the terminal in the inventory/baubles and would fit themetacally since it is rendering the screen in your visor.
