Nordvpn have depreciated their login method for 3rd party / manual setups. You can no longer use your classic username and password.
You now need to use Service credentials located in your user control panel under Services → NordVPN section.
I had to edit my username_password.txt file with the new generated username and password.
Might be worth updating the readme to reflect this change in login method.
