Minimum template width increases each time the template is changed

Expected Behavior

Window size constraints should be invariant with template swaps.

Current Behavior

The minimum window size increases each time a new template is applied. You can't shrink the width of the display to be any smaller than it appears in these screenshots.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Open any typhos screen
2. Change the template and then change it back

Context

Noticed this while looking into other cleanup/polishing related to the compact templates
