Expected Behavior

If we change the pydm stylesheets for alarm handling on pydm drawings, the typhos alarm widgets should also use the new styling and coloring.

Current Behavior

Everything is hard-coded

Possible Solution

Un-hardcode it and rely on the pydm stylesheet alarm settings (when present)

Context

We'd like to do laser goggle/colorblind recoloring but the alarm widgets will not change
