Add support for additional pump status flags

Add support for "Over 22.2 mmol/L" and "sensor not active" so that we don't show incorrect values or freak out when the "sensor time" is 0.
We want to avoid seeing this:

Sensor BGL: 773 mg/dL (42.9 mmol/L) at ...
