Order gets created each time user redirects to payment page

An order gets created and a confirmation mail gets sent to the customer when the user gets redirected to the payment page.

The process should be different like paypal module does.

Order only gets confirmed if the users gets through checkout page successful.

This way unnecessary failed orders gets created if the users makes a failed attemps or presses back button.
