My problem is that I have to use this dll on matlab tools.
But when I try to use it I got error.

libname='usb_relay_device'
if ~libisloaded ('libname')
hfile='usb_relay_device.h'
[notfound, warnings]=loadlibrary (libname, hfile)
libfunctions (libname)
end
[res, st] =calllib (libname, 'usb_relay_init')
