REMOTEC ZRC-90 does not show Double Click

Hi that's strange as it is set up to have 8 for Tap or Hold & 8 more for Double Tap.

Can you have a look at your logs in the IDE and send me the following info?

1. Device Type is now set to: ??

2. Device has ?? Buttons

I can then take a look for you

SO ok... I take it all back now....... What I meant to say is that the 8 buttons show but there is only pushed and held available....

In Smartthings it only shows one button.... with pushed, held, and double click.... and that is what shows when shared to homebridge...I apologize.... I confused things.

I am using the Smart Lighting Smart App instead to get the double click... but that is limiting to just my lighting.. I like the ABC creator better.... Would just love to use multi click! Thanks Paul Sorry again for the confusion!

I have the same behavior with the GoControl Wireless remote..... no Multi click available....is that the limitation of this smart App?

This is the info I need from your mapping for your switch when Double tapped in ABC, It would be good to load live logs and then tap, hold and double tap each button in turn then send me the log screenshot. Also let me know the exact controller you are using in case they have changed it

I tried changing the buttons to 16 and I get the same behavior.

As a side note I also tried this with my 2 button GoControl and it's the same behavior.

Hi so I just tried my Fibaro button.... which shows multi click with one device handler in ST but still shows pushed and held only in ABC.. I tried a few other device handlers that only show as one button in ST also with ABC with the same behavior.

Seems like no matter what button I try.....ABC only shows pushed and Held....

I am kind of in a a remote obsession period right now..LOL I have the Fibaro Keyfob coming and I see it's handlers are not updated as far as I can see so I am worried... in fact it appears the Official Fibaro handlers are outdated... I was talking to mwav3 who updated the handler for the gocontrol for me after I complained about the one button issue and he was saying with the new app without a smart app all these buttons show as one button as limitation of the new app...his solution for the 2 button was to make them a toggle up and toggle down. obviously doesn't work with more than a few buttons....I think think with a particular handler the Remotec shows something like toggle up 5 times.... so I have been using a handler that still only shows one button and the Smart lighting app for every button except the fibaro button and the gocontrol.

So it looks like this may be a handler problem in the new app. I don't have many of the switches to test and ABC doesn't do anything out of the ordinary for that switch. I'm just updating the app to provide locking and unlocking of locks and ironing out a few issues so I may need a few days to get this complete before I can release a new version to Beta

Hi Paul no worries... I'm glad there might be a possible solution in sight...yes the new app is a pain in the butt... nothing seems to work correctly any more.

Just a heads up...

Got my Fibaro key fob today and it came in and shows all 6 buttons in ST, but has the same same behavior in ABC... only pushed and held shown...
