This page is an initial list of things to do and features to add. We can use it to organize who is doing what.

  • Unassigned

  • Add periodic dumping of diagnostics to GPU code. Want to be able to see the bandpass, and collect statistics on peaks vs. S/N and DM

  • Work out plan for DM trials and downsampling for pipeline

  • Work out plan for combining information from multiple antennas that are connected to different nodes

  • After initial pipeline is running, add GPU-based convolutions to search for pulses of various widths

  • After initial pipeline is running, add incoherent summation of both antennas connected to the node

  • Emil

  • Get initial version of pipeline running in real time. Initial functionality includes reading from the ring buffer, copying from host to GPU memory, converting to filter bank, summing polarizations, doing dedispersion transform, and simple search for high S/N pulses in output time series'.

  • Run pipeline on DIFX nodes and check CPU and memory utilization and any interference with DIFX. Maybe also check GPU temperatures.
