I reboot into fastboot mode and try to unlock, but it say no device found

That's not an issue with this tool. You probably didn't install the required device drivers? Or you're not in fastboot/bootloader, using a bad USB cable/port.

Or if you're using Linux, maybe you don't have the correct udev rules. Does the device get detected? What's the "lsusb" output?
