MISSING PACKAGES FOLDER!!!! #1

Please upload the packages folder! When I opened the NSIS installer, it found that there were 0 directories for packages.

The packages folder is created by Visual Studio during the build process.

You need to build the Visual Studio solution first before you can run the installer script.

@patlevin I just want to install it on my Windows. I don't want to have to download Visual Studio.

The installer is linked on the Release page.

You can just download and run the EXE from there or click here.
