I want containerized Qflex
So that I can run experiment everywhere :)

Specification:

Compile the Release version of QFlex
Mount the images folder
Do not start a simulation right away

putting this on pause until I'm done with CAS, but first version is available at https://github.com/parsa-epfl/qflex/blob/feature/docker-container/Dockerfile
