SCAN2 on non-human data

Hi there,

I was looking through the SCAN2 code and noticed that there are constraints on # of chromosomes but it seemed like a user could modify those lines to allow references with more than 22/23 chromosomes. Is this accurate or are there other parts that need to be changed in order to run SCAN2 on non-human data?
