Currently we do not install resolc binary automatically akin to the svm functionality inside that is used inside foundry-compilers-solc(check code annotated with #[cfg(feature = "svm-solc")] specifically).

Should be introduced when revive will ship binaries for all supported systems by foundry or at least for aarch64-apple-darwin/ x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu. Currently only Linux binaries are available
