Implement contract deployment functionality to AssetHub using Forge forge create.

Tasks:

  1. Implement and integrate the contract deployment feature to AssetHub using Forge, excluding contract verification arguments.
  2. Identify and document any issues or missing functionality encountered during the implementation.
  3. Address the identified issues as subtasks and resolve them accordingly.
