Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The lomp runtime does not support the OMPT performance tool interface.

Describe the solution you'd like
The OMPT interface should be supported.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Ignore this for now, since there are other missing features which are higher priority :-) which would make the runtime more usable.
