Item and Collection Download capability

Create functionality to download a zip file of all the essences.

• Item Download
• Search-based download

Downloads should also include ROCrate files.

Also align with the rPi tooling

hi @johnf , I will have a task in Dec (16-20th) to download the entire LB2 collection (7TB) onto a HDD to give to USyd Archives. In case you have anything on this function ready to test soon, I'll be keen to try it out then.
If not that's ok, I can just download each item-level folder using Cyberduck. That should work, I think?
