Support for OP stack experimental features (alt-DA, custom gas token)

Does reth support these experimental features that have shipped in the Go client?

If not, is there work ongoing or a plan to ship them? Where can we track the effort & contribute if needed?

Closing this, as after discussing with Hai from Rise, I realized the obvious, which is that those concerns are not for the execution engine but for the op-node, batcher, etc...
