Issue Description:

I'm trying to migrate site created on Pantheon to Ddev local site.
This tutorial is incomplete and misleading.

let's take on point:
3. Copy the example.pantheon.yaml provider file to the pantheon.yaml.

No clue where the file goes to, why it is done.

I think the document is unfollowable at the moment.

Suggested Resolution

Thorough step by step doc should be provided for such a basic scenario as migration local <-> pantheon.
