Confusing PyPI release situation #1

Hello! I wanted to try this today (project with Python 3.7 and Django 2.1) but got an error related to force_unicode.

It seems like the most recent commit in this repo fixes that, and it’s tagged 0.0.2.

In my install, I got https://pypi.org/project/django-admin-charsleft/0.0.5/
which does not contain the fix.

Could you fix the version and release latest code to PyPI?
