Add the following tools/SDK:

https://dart.dev/get-dart (dart official package in ArchLinux)
https://flutter.dev/docs/get-started/install/chromeos

AUR installer:

$ yay -S flutter

For permissions with the AUR installer, use https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Android#Android_Studio instructions.
