When using localization with DatePicker3, actions bar text is not translated

Environment

• Package version(s): "@blueprintjs/datetime2": "^2.3.19"
• Operating System: Windows 11 24H2
• Browser name and version: Google Chrome 131.0.6778.265

Steps to reproduce

1. Set localization of a DatePicker3 to some language other than English, for example Spanish.
2. Make sure the action bar is shown (showActionsBar={true}).
3. You'll see that buttons Today and Clear in the action bar are not translated.
   

Actual behavior

Buttons Today and Clear in the action bar are not translated.

Expected behavior

Buttons Today and Clear in the action bar should be translated.
