Suggestion: Rename stack to motion_retargeting_pipeline

Now, that the pipeline has been improved in order to allow much easier configuration for different robots, we should remove the robot-specific stack name.

If robot-specifics are gone, it does make sense to do the rename to something more general. Let's discuss the idea in more detail, either here or in a private conversation.

My idea is quite simple:

• robot-agnostic packages -> motion_retargeting_pipeline
• robot-specific packages -> move to separate repo
  • alt.: leave those packages in the same repo, but do the split via meta packages (i.e. motion_retargeting_pipeline meta- ackage only contains robot-agnostic packages)
