누락된 API, 개선이 필요한 API를 추가해요😅

로그아웃?
- 이건 백엔드가 아니라 프론트에서 localStorage를 날리면 될 것 같은데...
- 현재 로직은 임의로 만들어 둔 것이므로 만약 session이나 token으로 auth를 관리한다면... 백엔드 역할이 커지니 신경쓰자요🤤
