document saving to disk as an option

At the month it saves each document to SQL.

I wanted the option to save to disk too. Maybe it can just be a config thing...

I guess when we go this far we need a file tree of what is "on disk " and the ability to open and close markdown files too ... my first instinct would be a left pane showing the file tree. Later tabs for file, and then the fun and games of keeping the 2 in sync. HTMX / Leapkit makes this relatively easy though.
