This is clearly a case of unexpanded placeholder in the spec file template, making the resulting spec file invalid.

It seems the upstream is aware and fixed it for copr_build jobs, but not for propose_downstream: storaged-project/libblockdev@7c836aa

Actually, no, the sed command is the same in all actions, it just doesn't work in Sandcastle, but does work in Copr.
