Reduce text, etc. size in Station Filters tab; increase map area.
Place Station Metadata (and quite possibly Station Data) tab below map.
Experiment with changeable layout - user can choose layouts with Stn Metadata/Data either beside map or below map using a control. Keep Filters beside map in either case, I think.
