Map malfunctions after increasing its width

If you change the map-tabs column width to make the map wider, the map does not render properly, leaving a blank space to the right. In some cases it is much worse than that.

This can probably be cured by a re-render after every width change. It might be worth placing a re-render button on the map controls as well.

Interesting: Changing the width of the window the app is in will fix the map.
