We recently upgraded pdp_util to modelmeta 0.3.0. That was/is an important step on the way to supporting a migration of the pcic_meta database to migration 12f290, which we wish to do for reasons noted in #15 .
modelmeta 1.0.0 does not introduce any schema changes, and so is not necessary for the database migration objective. However, it is best to stay current, so we will upgrade to modelmeta 1.0.0 now and catch any problems, however unlikely, that may reveal.
