I was still able to find this repo with a bit of searching, but FYI: the link in PLoS under the "See the Data" link in the "Accessible Data" provided the following error message when clicked upon:

Hmmm... Can't reach this page
Check of there is a typo in %20github.com

The link they are using is https://%20github.com/pachterlab/CP_2023
