买了一年全球套餐，用了几天后，中间几天没用。打开客户端后，发现没有登录，输入激活码后，显示激活码对应的套餐付款已逾期，而我又没有从其他电脑登录，这是什么情况，有人知道怎么解决吗？我给客服发了 邮件，已经5天了但没有得到任何回复。请求协助解决。
