买了个拼团套餐，第一次输银行卡的时候显示失败，第二次成功了，但是一周试用期过了之后，扣款的时候扣了我两笔相同的费用，但是我只收到了一个激活码，不知道你们这边能不能帮我把多余的那一份订单退款。
