Mapset Lexicon renderes all health items way oversized. #1296

When playing Lexicon mapset, all health items render way oversized.

I've tried it with and without mods.

To confirm: this issue is not happening with Compendium.

Looks like something in the Lexicon, any way to fix it 🤔

Is Lexicon loaded before PB? Make sure it's loaded before PB, because this issue happens. Currently the only way of fixing this is if the Scale property was ditched and each item uses the TEXTURES lump to scale them there.

Yes it is, I'm using DoomRunner 1.8.2 and GZDoom 4.12.2

better option for us would be to not use BON1/BON2 (or any other vanilla ones) sprite indexes
