I'm dragging the "Project_Brutality-master" folder into GZDoom. But when I load up a new game I can't move or jump using the keyboard.

Delete ur gzdoom.ini file (make sure u screenshot/save all ur tweaked settings tho both mod and gzdoom as u will need to redo them again) and try again
