Having each task as a separate .m file would make it a lot easier to navigate, should you wish to go back and redo plots etc..

Clever. I don't think it is necessary for us in this assignment (but could be a bit cleaner for other searching after "kok" (wrong place peps, because that assumes that the code is worthy of being "koked"!))
