Incorrect germline assignment

With an antibody sequence I have, I get different germline assignments from ANARCI and IgBLAST.
IgBLAST assigned germline IGKV7-301 for my sequence while ANARCI gave IGKV3-1101.
At first, I guessed that it's something about the HMM algorithm that makes the result different.
However, if I run IGKV7-301 germline sequence through ANARCI, it's assigned to be IGKV3-1101.

Does anyone have a good idea why this is so?
