Use for software download safety

I know a use case for Lokinet for software download safety. There is already a tool for this, but it uses Tor. Its development is stuck at the alpha phase because the Linux distro behind it has no incentive, but if your team enters and completes it, it would become the mandatory package manager for lots of Linux distros. Can I get some money for giving its name? I need it for cancer treatment. We can even deal in a decentralized jury system, like kleros.io or particl.io
