I was trying to cancel my service. I tried using the Chat window; with the little orange button. I started a conversation; mentioned I wanted to cancel then that little chat window disappeared (but I could still hear it dinging) and I was unable to interact/cancel.
So then I tried opening a support ticket -- and that page doesn't load either. Just gives a red message: "An error has occurred loading the page."
Since you have such tight restrictions on when I can cancel my service / exit the annual contract it's URGENT that my request is processed in a timely fashion. Otherwise your system "failures" could lock me in to another year on platform that just doesn't work for me.
Steps To Reproduce
Try to cancel an account using Chat or Ticket.
Expected Behavior
Chat should work and so should the Ticket system.

And then after a while; and I tried again; the system told me it created a ticket but then when I tried to view the ticket it just created I get this error message:
