My version is 11.1.267758 Stable.
I don't see any way to comment "circle"-type posts in channels since last update. There is no button with comment icon anymore.

It obviously look like a bug. I'm not banned in any way, it's just desktop version of Telegram on Mac. iOS version shows button, I can reply, etc.

This issue is still actual on the last version. Is it just me?
