Add Active Matching state of Matching Page #96

handle submit of Matching Page forms (each tab has 1 form)
on submit, instead of a Form, we will display parameters of ongoing matching (message, technologies)
and a list of all possible matches (unlimited number for now)
there will be a “Zrušit” button (matching is active until I cancel it this way)
