Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user I am unable to use the automated PLCC downloader on the new PLCC project creation modal to download the latest version of PLCC. It is an older version.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want the downloader to always download the most updated version, maybe using some sort of GitHub list all versions API on PLCC's GitHub page or something

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can download the most updated version myself
