Platform:OSX 10.8

When I open the file it shows a relevant table of contents but the actual 
content is not legible text but rather xml/html code. I have the latest iCHM 
app.
Example:
"MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Location: file:///C:/A37446F3/TableofContents.htm
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii"
